Service
We move your cans to/from the curb on your scheduled pickup day.
Billing
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. One-time pickups are charged at booking.
Pauses & Cancellations
You may pause or cancel anytime before your next pickup day.
Refunds & Weather Exceptions
- If the city misses collection or severe weather prevents safe service, we will credit or reschedule at our discretion.
- One-time pickups canceled before the service date may be refunded; on the service date, we will reschedule or credit.
Damage Policy
- We handle cans and property with care. Please keep paths clear of obstacles and pets secured.
- If we cause damage, notify us within 48 hours at Contact. We will assess and make it right within reasonable limits.
- We are not responsible for normal wear, pre‑existing defects, or incidents due to unsafe/blocked access or extreme weather.
Liability
We take care around gates, vehicles, and property; please keep access clear.
