When do you move the cans?

We set your cans out the afternoon before pickup day, and bring them back the afternoon of pickup day after city collection. This way you never have to rush in the morning.

Vacation pause?

Text us and we’ll pause service for the weeks you’re away.

Gate/garage access?

Provide a code during sign-up; we store it securely and only use it to access your cans.

What days are pickups?

We align to your city’s pickup day. Choose it at sign-up; you can change it later if your city changes schedules.

How do I cancel?

Anytime. We’ll stop future renewals and confirm by email.

Billing & receipts?

Processed via Stripe; receipts are emailed automatically.

What if my pickup day changes?

If your city changes your pickup schedule, just let us know. We’ll update our route so your cans are always set out the afternoon before and put back the afternoon of the new pickup day.

🚫 What’s Not Included

  • Lifting or hauling heavy/bulky items (e.g. furniture, treadmills, appliances).
  • Removal of construction debris or hazardous waste.
  • Overflow bags or loose trash outside the bin (must fit in the bin with lid closed).
